FLAT BOTTOM STEEL SILOS

Flat bottom silos are used for the short and long term of grains storage.
This kind of silos ensures an excellent  products conservation, thanks to the flat bottom ventilation.
Exhausted air is extracted by powered fans installed on the roof of the silos.

The cylinder is constituted by corrugated and calendered galvanized steel sheets.
To toughen the structure, sheets are bolted together with galvanized vertical stiffeners.

The roof is made by galvanized trapezoidal pieces and a self-supporting steel structure.

HOPPER BOTTOM STEEL SILOS

(Capacity from 44 tons to 3.372 tons- diameter from 3,5 mt to 12,5 mt)

Hopper bottom steel silos are used for several loading and unloading cycles, for short/long time of storage.

The hopper bottom allows to avoid the silo cleaning at each cycle.

The ventilation of the grains is guaranteed by a counter-cone installed at the bottom.

The cylinder is constituted by corrugated and calendered galvanized steel sheets.
To toughen the structure, sheets are bolted together with galvanized vertical stiffeners.

The roof is made by galvanized trapezoidal pieces and a self-supporting steel structure.

Hopper is made of galvanized sheet sectors bolted together.

The frame and support legs are manufactured from galvanized steel.

TRUCK LOADING HOPPER SILOS

(Capacity from 60 tons to 300 tons)

This silos are used for fast loading of trucks, road tankers etc.

The cylinder is constituted by corrugated and calendered galvanized steel sheets.
To toughen the structure, sheets are bolted together with galvanized vertical stiffeners.

The roof is made by galvanized trapezoidal pieces and a self-supporting steel structure.

Hopper is made of galvanized sheet sectors bolted together.

The galvanized frame, designed to allow the transit of the trucks under the silo, is made of beams and angle bars, bolted together.

AUTOMATED WAREHOUSES

Automated warehouses are used for the short and long storage time of the grains.

Ventilation is assured by the ventilated floor system.

The robot, which covers the entire warehouse width, moves both horizontally and  vertically, allowing loading/unloading operations in a completely independent way.
